1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Nightmare Eraser ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of Service
Nightmare Eraser provides dream interpretation and digital certificate generation for entertainment purposes only. Interpretations are algorithmically generated and have no scientific, psychological, or clinical basis. See our Disclaimer for details.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Purchases
Certificate purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are in USD. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
5. Certificate Access
Digital certificates are accessible for 30 days from the date of purchase via a unique result link. After expiry, certificates are deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading your certificate promptly.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- Use automated scripts to submit dreams or trigger checkouts.
- Resell or commercially exploit certificates without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
Generated certificate images are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Nightmare Eraser retains ownership of all underlying models, designs, and software.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightmare Eraser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
