Refund Policy

Digital Goods & Instant Delivery
All purchases on Nightmare Eraser are for digital certificates delivered instantly upon payment. Because the certificate is generated and made available to you immediately, all sales are final.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but no certificate was generated due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same dream session.
- Your certificate image failed to generate after three automatic retry attempts.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@nightmareeraser.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your Lemon Squeezy order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with evidence of service delivery.
